1. Cancellations in advance: More than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. Between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date: The full amount of the first night will be charged. 7 days before arrival date: The cancellation fee will be 30% of the total reservation price. If the guest does not show up, the price will be the total price of the reservation.
NOTE / The deadline dates and times for free cancellation are in the accommodation's time zone

2. Reservation modifications: Date modifications or accommodation changes must be requested at least 30 days in advance. These will be subject to availability and possible changes in rates. From 14 to 7 days in advance, modifications are only accepted after prior consultation with the establishment. No modifications are allowed within 6 days prior to arrival.

3. No-show: In the event that the guest does not show up on the day of arrival and has not previously cancelled the reservation, no refund will be made.

4. Cancellations due to force majeure: In exceptional situations such as natural disasters, pandemics or any other circumstance beyond the control of the guest or the accommodation, each case will be evaluated individually to offer a fair solution, which may include full or partial refund, or the possibility of changing the dates of the stay.

5. Cancellations by the accommodation: In the unlikely event that the accommodation is forced to cancel the reservation, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, and an attempt will be made to offer a similar accommodation alternative if available.
