1. Cancellations in advance: More than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. Between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date: The full amount of the first night will be charged. 7 days before arrival date: The cancellation fee will be 30% of the total reservation price. If the guest does not show up, the price will be the total price of the reservation.

5. Cancellations by the accommodation: In the unlikely event that the accommodation is forced to cancel the reservation, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, and an attempt will be made to offer a similar accommodation alternative if available.

At the El Olivo Apartment, located on the lower floor, we offer an elegant atmosphere with a modern design. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, and one with 2 single beds) with independent bathrooms in each room, a spacious and very bright living-dining room, with equipped kitchen, outdoor room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

It has an outdoor space with views and access to a Canarian patio with spaces to enjoy relaxation and rest in the shade of the olive tree. In this patio there is a fountain that during the day brings a soft and warm sound atmosphere of water to the entire house.
